Abstract
One of the largest and significant sectors of economy of Russia is the construction complex. Moreover, the construction complex in many respects defines social economic development of the country, and therefore possesses potential to fast adaptation of advanced technologies. For this reason the construction branch has to make an essential contribution to realization of innovative initiatives of the state.
